SPUNBOND Process纺粘法
The spunbond process starts with raw polypropylene pellets and blends them with specified performance enhancing pigments and additives. This mixture is heated to the melting point and drawn into filaments using high velocity air to align the polymer molecules for maximum fiber strength. Spunbond is comprised of long, continuous fibers. These continuous, high tenacity filaments are then formed into a web on a moving conveyor screen. Finally, they are thermally fused together with a patterned bonding system to produce a finished fabric with maximized strength, surface stability and softness.
